Bonnie was a member of MORA and one of the primary investigators. Her interest in UFO's was linked to a history of abductions. Investigations into her story took place from August 1983 to mid 1985.
In November 1964 Bonnie had seen a UFO while driving from Marion, Ohio to Columbus. It was sitting over a field and took off very fast. Bonnie remembers saying to herself, "There goes one of those UFOs people talk about." That was the extent of her interest.
However in 1965 while living in New York in an apartment she had a dream in which a large black figure was leaning over her while in bed. She wanted to scream but the scream was stuck in her throat. The next thing she remembers is waking up the next morning. The next day she told her neighbor about her scary dream and the neighbor surprised her by saying she had the same dream. This spooked Bonnie out.
In 1983 Bonnie went with some friends to hear a talk on UFOs by Ray Fowler. After the talk Bonnie asked Ray if he had ever heard of large black beings. Ray said no but later set Bonnie up in a meeting with Joe Nyman.
Summary of Regression Sessions
The first hypnosis session was held August 11, 1983. Ben started the session by looking into the November 1964 sighting of a UFO on her way home from Marion, Ohio.
Bonnie says she has goose bumps while driving. I see a glowing oval hovering over a field. I feel hypnotized by it. It takes off at a 45 degree angle. Joe tries to take her back several times because of the goose bumps but nothing comes out except a better description of the UFO. So Joe then takes her back just before she sees the UFO. It is 11 o'clock and Bonnie becomes confused. It took two hours to get to this point when it should have taken only about 45 minutes. It was 9 o'clock when she started out but it should have been much earlier when she got to this point. By the time she got home it was 12 midnight. She usually got home at 10 o'clock.
Ben takes Bonnie to the next time she goes to Marion. He takes her to the field but this time her attention is on the other side of the road. Bonnie says she sees what she thinks is an observatory out in a field. She describes it as a cylinder standing up about 40 feet high with a dome on top. The object is 10 to 20 feet off the road. It is late afternoon and the sun is bright. This object is in a field opposite where she saw the other UFO.
Bonnie says there is no traffic. The reason Bonnie called the object an observatory is because on that road there is a sign saying Perkins Observatory which belongs to Ohio State University but this was not the observatory that Bonnie saw.
Next Ben takes Bonnie back to the incident in 1965. Bonnie says she wakes up and a strange black figure is standing over her. She is very scared. She can't move and its hard to breathe. She begins to cry deep down in her throat. Then she says she is calm and it's morning. How could that happen?
After the session Bonnie tells Joe and Ben that when she was awakened by the black figure she had a feeling that there were people all over the apartment courtyard. Peopled from the apartment complex. She also feels she goes to the window and looks out. She then consciously remembers all theses people standing there looking at this object which was hovering six feet above the ground. All the people were like in a trance and were being taken one at a time aboard the object. The were raised up or levitated into the object. There were other black figures in the courtyard with the people. Bonnie says she feels as if she had been tagged like an animal to be followed later.
On September 27, 1983, Ben takes Bonnie back again to the black figures and is asked to look closely at the face. She said the thing was so black but the mouth is just a slit. She remembers sitting on the window sill and then going into the courtyard. She is standing in the courtyard with many other people. There is an object hovering there. It is a gray-yellow color. There are three black figures in the courtyard. Bonnie is taken aboard the ship and is examines. She says the black figures are very cold but she is not afraid now. She tells Ben the being's hand has three long fingers and the face has large eyes. The beings put a tube into her vaginal area. A smaller instrument is placed in her nose. It looks like a metal eyedropper. She then gets up from the table feeling calm. The table was cold hard metal. There had been no communication during the procedures. Bonnie steps down thru a glowing hole in the bottom of the ship and returned to the courtyard. Bonnie says there are only three people left standing in the courtyard. there had been 15 when she went aboard the ship.
Ben asks Bonnie to go to the following day when she visited her neighbor to tell her about her dream. The neighbor told Bonnie about her dream. She had been asleep on the couch. A tall black figure had been standing over her when she woke up. Bonnie had been scared to death when the neighbor told her this. She is asked to describe the figures once again. Bonnie says there are two vertical slits for a nose and large eyes with no pupils. They also had tight fitting clothes with broad shoulders.
In a session conducted on October 13, 1983, Bonnie recalls a portion of her encounter in the ship which she had kept to herself because it was too frightening. She says that while on the table a pink light had covered her chest area. She says the chest cavity raised up and she had tremendous pain and a fear that she was dying. She believes she blacked out during that procedure. Ben and Joe never learned what the beings wee trying to achieve from this procedure.
One the October 27, 1983, session Ben takes Bonnie back to her birth and then moves her forward till she finds the first time she had encountered with the beings. Bonnie says she is six years old and she finds a field with a hole in the ground. It is dark in the hole and the hole was never there before. She steps into the hole. She comes to a lighted area and then sits on a bench. A tall black figure comes in and lifts her onto a table in a room that she had gone into. Afterwards she goes back out the opening and walks home. which is two blocks away.
The next time she sees the beings she is in the sixth grade and walking home from school. She cuts thru an alley which she does not normally do. At the corner of the alley she sees an opening with a railing on the side. She walks down stairs. The stairs is narrow. At this point Bonnie did not want to continue so Ben asks he to move forward. This time Bonnie is 19 and being chased by something mechanical. She is very afraid. There is very bright lights all around. She finds herself lying on a flat surface and someone is using this machine. She sys it is taking x-rays but no one is touching her. She is naked. Bonnie has a hard time continuing with this.
On November 17, 1983, Bonnie is regressed once again and taken back to November 21, 1964, when she is traveling in her car to Marion. Bonnie says she gets to Delaware dam park and there is an object in the road. She does not want to continue. The time is 6:15 PM. The object is waiting and she has to go. She has no choice. Bonnie stops the car and gets out and waits. Suddenly it gets brighter and the object comes down behind the trees. She walks to the object. She says it has a domed top and bottom and a row of windows around the middle The whole thing is a little more yellow now and it has an orange light. Bonnie then stands on a ramp. She is calm. She goes up the ramp.
Bonnie is asked to describe the interior. She says the floor is glowing. there are two chairs in a room with a counter between them. There are gauges and dials in front of the chairs. Two black shapes enter the room. They are six feet tall. They move heavy and slow. They pay little attention to her. They go about their duties. She feels they just want to show her these things. She then says the top part is a control room. The bottom part is an examination room. She says she was influenced to drive to this location. She then said that she had been influenced to drive to Marion on that day so this would happen. She leaves the ship. They didn't stop her. She then continues her trip to Marion. She then completely forgets what had happened.
On her way back to Columbus she sees the object over in the field not touching the ground. Bonnie says the car begins to slow down to a stop. She gets out and goes to the object. She stands on a ramp and goes up. She is then on a table and being examined. An orange light is on her chest. She says the light burns her chest. An entity is present and regulating the light. Finally the light fades and she gets up from the table Now her chest is cold. The entity has his back to her now and she gets off the table. She leaves the craft and goes back to her car. She feels electricity all around her and see the object take off at a 45 degree angle.
On November 29, 1983, Bonnie goes back once again to the time above to see if she remembers anything else. This time she says there is a pale yellow misty light around the edge of the dome. She says the doorway is rounded. On the inside the light is coming from the walls. the floor is grayish and bumpy. There is a shelf coming out of the wall. Small tubes come out of the wall with needles on them. She then realizes the needles are stuck in her side at various places. After this she sits up on the table. She then sits on a small ledge by the door and waits. She says the black shapes are trying to convey the feeling of good will and good feelings but she feels like she is treated like a lab animal. They then tell her she can go. As she went to bed that night her side itched where the needles had been.
The next session is held February 21, 1984. Bonnie taken back again to the episode in the field when she is a child. She describes being put on a table. There are three black entities in the room with her. Bonnie says one is like a doctor. He won't hurt me. She tells him she has to go. She doesn't know what they want. The entity is holding her down by putting his hand on her chest. He takes his hand away and Bonnie jumps up and falls off the table. Bonnie had her bak against the door. The entity came after her. He held her by her left arm. He tells her telepathically she is all right. They are not going to hurt her. They will let her go. Don't be afraid. He lets her go. She goes out the door. She steps out of the hole. She did not tell her mother what happened when she got home.
Ben then takes Bonnie back to the time when she was coming home from school. Bonnie says she is walking to a local store. She gets a feeling there is something she must see. There is something over the park. It is really big, just over the trees. That is why she went to the field. When she gets to the park she can't see it anymore. She went into the hole. She was mad when she came out because she was made to something she didn't want to do.
Bonnie has had medical problems that doctors can't explain. Under hypnosis these problems seem to have a source. Bonnie said her right nasal cavity bothered her so much she went to the doctor. He found unexplained open sores in her right sinus. X-rays showed large amounts of scar tissue in this area. Bonnie also suffered from unexplained gynecologic and liver problems.
