Unidentified Flying Aircraft/Plane Hovers over Suburban Beachwood, OH

Summary:
On, November 7, 2005, at 7:40 A.M., the driver was going east up Shaker Blvd., the driver and passenger observed a medium size airplane hovering above a Beachwood park-parallel to the parking lot. The plane was observed with binoculars. It was a white plane with silver wings with a tail that had a red spot. By the tail on the top was a torpedo-looking shape that was white in color as well.There was not any writing that was observable to identify the plane. It had a blinking white light on the tail. There was no sound. It was about the level of the "bottom of the clouds." It was flying east to west. It disappeared about 2-5 minutes later. The driver came back to investigate and saw a black helicopter with gold coloring flying south to north in a diagonal direction disappearing from view (as if the craft went into the tree tops. Then every 5 minutes the same white and silver plane came by - 5 planes in total crossed the same path-was it the same plane or a fleet? -This activity continued till about 8:10a.m. Then the planes that create contrails covered 3 areas of the skies. It was reported to the Beachwood Police who had no knowledge of planes in this area. The FSDO had no idea what it could be - the only guess was that "raccoons were being sprayed 2 weeks ago." However, this was supposed to be 2 weeks ago by City request.
